"Staff when I checked in didn't speak loud enough to hear and mumbled. Didn't help that English was a second language.
Put me in a room on the third floor, no towels in the room anywhere. Went back to the front desk to ask for towels and he mumbled something again. About an hour later, cleaning staff gave me more towels that I could use.
Next morning I went to the car and came back - the room key didn't work.
Had to go to the front office again to get it reset with the excuse "Sometimes it does...

"Fue una experiencia bastante mala, la atención en la recepción fue bastante básica, nada sobresaliente, claro no podemos esperar tanto con el precio menor de $90.00 sin embargo he estado en hoteles de menor costo y con una atención profesional. El olor en recepción era desagradable, al parecer no tienen buena limpieza, pensamos y justamente fue lo que encontramos en la habitación, no era tanto la mala limpieza, que no era impecable, pero lo más terrible es que habían cucarachas por todos lados,...
