"Room with no windows that looked like nothing in the pictures. Check in advertised at 3pm but had to sit and wait for 45mins before finally getting keys. Wall were grubby and very basic. I didn't expect much for the money but at least a window and fresh air. "

"Nous sommes arrivés à l'accueil , il a fallut attendre 2h qu'une personne de l'extérieure viennent nous chercher pour monter au 22ème étage. Elle restée 5 mn montre en main , il a fallu 17 coup de téléphone et 24h pour avoir les codes wi fi (mes appareils comme mon Echo .dot et Google ne pouvaient pas fonctionner) 2 heures plus tard le tuyau de la douche explose, il y avait de l'eau partout. 2 heures plus tard encore c'est le ventilateur de plafond qui tombe en panne de même que la lumière...

"Room was small but very clean and comfortable for one person. However those with kids or well endowed might find it too small. The location is fantastic - right in Bukit Bintang with tons of eateries, local breakfast shops and malls within walking distance. The only downside was the lobby during check-in and check-out. It gets quite chaotic with lots of tourists hanging around. The lift lobby is also narrow and the lift takes a while to arrive. That said, the staff were quick, professional, helpful and friendly. They also kept guest luggages neat and tidy on one side of the lobby. Overall great value for the location and cleanliness."
