Check in was very easy, despite a short trip it was an excellent base for exploring Melaka.

It is great experience to stay in Courtyard. Convenient and comfortable, great value of the money. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Will be back to stay when visiting.

A very cool new hotel. Great design in both public areas and rooms. Comfortable and decently located within 10-15 minute walk of key attractions.

We enjoyed our stay, staff are helpful and friendly. Lovely hotel need to keep eye on smoker in room, burn mark on desk and sofa. It's a pity when customer don't respect nice accommodation.

All over good only payment fullpayment but left .60 cent, and make confiuse to us. And asking customer to pay the balance .60 cents...very funny

It was good to stay here... Very comfortable, clean.Need improvement on tv channel... Always loading and not smooth.. I like to stay in room so tv channel is important for me... Overall this hotel is superb... Highly recommended to stay here. For muslim, you can "solat berjemaah" since the mosque is just infront of the hotel

The property is well designed and felt like a home stay. There was a small area for making tea and coffee as well as noodles which was great. The staff were really helpful in suggesting what to do. Melaka is great in the evening and the hotel is close to the centre. It is hot in Melaka so the air conditioning was great. Would definitely stay here again. The artwork and overall vibe is great.

We enjoyed a great week at this hotel. The hotel provides 5 star luxury accommodation in an excellent location a few minutes away from Jonker Walk. Service is impeccable and always with a smile. We could not fault the staff - they were all wonderful, particularly Yin, Nana, Salawatin and Ayro.

This hotel is well named as it is a real find. Cool and stylish, the staff are lovely, the atmosphere is calm, chilled and welcoming. The upgraded room we were allocated was lovely (although the need to pull down a roller blind behind the glass door for privacy in the loo was a a bit odd) and the hotel has a large rooftop pool which was a blessing after the heat of the day. Walking distance to everything and free parking. This is hotel is excellent!

One of the worst hotel experience I've ever had. upon arriving to the hotel I was given the wrong room (booked a double and was given a single room). When checking with the reception I was told the hotel was fully booked and they don't have any double rooms available. I contacted Hotels.com customer support and they were not able to reach the hotel to sort the room problem. The room was clean but very small with a small single bed and a shower that is guaranteed to flood the bathroom every time...

Nice hotel I've stayed at a few times. Easy 6 or 7 minute walk to jonker st area. Plenty of shopping malls close by if yhats your thing. Decent breakfast and very helpfull staff.
