"Very comfortable hotel right in the thick of KL but calm and relaxed as soon as you walk into the lobby. Great staff - they changed my room without a question when I asked if I could have a different view"

"Room is big and clean. Convinience next to the mall. Only problem is that the room and bathroom has a smell ( a bit unpleasant). Not sure where it come from. "

"We book for 3 room at Royal Hotel for family holidays. when we stayed, our child got sick at midnight we call reception looking for hospital. they were very helpful in finding a taxi and even the cost of our taxi to the hospital was paid by the hotel staff, we forgot to ask for his name. when checking out we met with the assistant manager (Mr. Huzairie) we conveyed this & were very grateful for the hospitality & comfort during our stay. Special thanks for the staff who help me in the midnight...
