"Stayed for few days in Astoria 2 BR suite with family. The suite is quite spacious and comfortable and clean. The entire staff were all very courteous and welcoming. SPECIAL THANKS to the hotel manager MS. BON for quickly resolving the booking misunderstanding with Expedia. She truly heard and promptly resolved our concern and even gave us rice cake “bibingka” on our last day! Will definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends! "

"We were very impressed with the property and specifically with our room at Seda Residences Makati. As I will likely be returning to Manila in the next 3 to 4 months, I will choose Seda Residences again for my next stay again. "The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The place is quiet and it's near very nice cafes. The price is also just right. The wifi inside my room was weak, but the wifi in the lobby was strong enough to conduct online classes and meetings. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay!!"
