Hi Jordan, Thank you for your feedback. So sorry to hear that your experience was less than satisfactory. There has been a surge in mosquitoes citywide and we have recently engaged a service provider to spray for this which has drastically helped reduce this nuisance. We do have an option to books rooms with aircon units - our Superior and Deluxe rooms have aircon units in them.We have security daily 6pm-6am and we continuously monitor the carpark - apologies for your experience which was out of the norm.

Good afternoon, and thank you for taking the time to review us. My apologies for the noise and dust during our renovations, we are hoping to complete them as soon as possible with minimal disruption! You will be happy to know that we are busy removing the baths and replacing them with showers. My apologies for the poor wifi, this is also work in progress and should be rectified soon.

Many thanks for taking the time to review our hotel. I am pleased to hear that our staff were helpful and the room was clean. We have recently upgraded our wifi system, and although there are some issues out of our control, it is mostly working well and fast. We dont offer luggage service as we are a budget hotel, focusing on clean, comfortable, safe accommodate, but at the most affordable price possible. As we are a budget hotel, we do not offer amenities to try and keep our costs low. We do have a high season rate that applied when you stayed which is the normal across the industry.
