"Chair had dog hair in it, lights in bedroom were burnt out, took 30+ minutes to get checked in because I bought the room online and they said they were sold out so they had to go inspect rooms that were not ready to book."

Getting in my car to drive to the pool/gym( gym hours -odd, did not open early ) was not something I really wanted to do. The most unfortunate part about the stay was that the Internet/WiFi/TV's stopped working for half our time there. That coupled with the check in being a little tricky to find, and the elevators not working ( our room being on the 3rd floor and laundry on the 1st ), made the stay not the greatest."

"Atmosphere is nice. Room I had A/C wasn’t working. The TVs are a little outdated. The backlight seems like it was going out so the picture was dark. Went to fitness center to fine 3 pieces of equipment. Treadmill, Elliptical, and bike. It’s the nicest hotel in Madras. So they up charge it."

"I have stayed here several times and it has been consistent in great staff interactions and cleanliness every time. Only thing that was a little disappointing was the spa was having issues this trip."

"Hot tub broken and pool was very cold. This is the 3rd time I'm a row useing expedia for reservation that the hotel we chose had a broken hot tub. I use you so I don't have to call the hotel for the reservation. If I have to call the hotel in advance to make sure the amenities are available what do I need expedia for?"
