"The hotel seems to have had a recent face-lift, so everything looks good. Location of this hotel is amazing, especially for folks on a relaxed trip. The restaurant staff were very good - attentive and quick to address any requests. The made to order breakfast was way more that we could do justice to & was served piping hot - a truly good meal. "Wonderful stay! Our son and family booked a family room that was huge! We also had a lovely 2 person room. The grandkids loved the Irish Wolfhounds that freely roam the property. "Modest facilities, but clean and functional. It has a shared small kitchen for all the guests to cook their own food so during the busy season you might end with many sharing. And on the last day some guests helped themselves to some of our stuff, not fun. Very well situated, short walk to town and restaurants/shops and the other way takes you to a charming rural area very quickly. "
