"A great place to enjoy your vacation on a beautiful seashore with mild wind and a great sunset view. The staffs are very polite,efficient, and professional. In-room amenties are so great - you will have washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided, full function kitchen as well. Can't expect more. The only thing that the management should take care of is the elevator (I was in Building 4), as I met 3 down time of that elevator during my 3 nights stay. I am OK with that, but if senior...

"We had a lovely time staying at the Ritz Sarasota. Everything was good. I wouldn’t say excellent, but very good. We have stayed at many Ritz Carlton hotels and felt the Sarasota Ritz was not up to the same level of service as the other hotels we have stayed at before. "I would advise anyone who is looking at this property to call them directly and see if they can get a better price. We paid $500 a night and when we got there we found out that other guests only paid $200. They had called directly and booked the same room at the hotel rate. When we spoke to the front desk, we were told that the manager has discretion to discount rooms when they have space. She said sometimes rooms have been as low at $100."

"The room was clean. The maid service and maintenance worker treated me with racial behavior..I had to end my stay and leave a day early. The hotel had the nerve to still charge me for the day I had to leave early. It was so bad to me I had to call the police. I will never go back there again.. The manager was of no service to me..If my present there was offensive they should have not let me check in than to treat me so cruel.."
