"Everything was very nice. Beds and pillows great. Silent ventilation. Very quiet at night. Perfect access to the beach. Nice pools and attentive service."

"Perfect location, but that is the only good thing about the place and maybe the staff including the cleaning lady who is onsite (don’t ask why) Entire place needs a full remodeling. Uncontrollable HVAC. Would totally ignore any temperature setting. Bathroom musky smell. Limited amount of kitchenware, questionable cleanliness."

"I live in Miami and I’m familiar with the older model motels that used to be on Miami Beach. That’s what this reminded me of. It’s an older style motel but very very well kept. The pool area is beautiful. It was nice that there was a little microwave in refrigerator in the room, I regret my coffee maker not working in my room, but they do have coffee in the lobby. Went to my granddaughter’s gymnastics competition and was perfect for a quick getaway."

"This was our 4th stay at the Westin. The quality of the service has gone down just a bit, except for Michelle( the very best ) and Mike, both pool servers. They are cheerful and super efficient; always ready to help. We love the location, the walks in the morning for breakfast, shuttles to the beach; top notch!! We stayed in a room with a balcony, which we loved, but the furniture was less than appropriate for such a nice stay. Two chairs and a little table; maybe a loveseat or couch could...

"No continental breakfast, front office wouldn’t break a $100 dollar bill saying they can’t accept them. Was no hot water but they had a plumber en route. They gave us coupons for a free breakfast but we were leaving. We stayed at two different Hiltons in two states and both were no more than average. I’ll opt for something different in the future "
