"This is my third or fourth time staying at the Portifino Hotel. Prior stays were wonderful causing me to return. I especially enjoyed the quiet and cleanliness of both the rooms and surroundings..This stay however was different. We stayed in beautiful suite with an amazing view of the ocean and enjoyed the calls of Sealions. We were disappointed by the suites insect problems. "Employee ok but the hotel is old and smelly, our room did not get cleaned for 3 days. No fridge inside the room, bed sheet does not seem to be cleaned. Air conditioner and heater not working. Parking is $50 per night for this kind of hotel. Feel like staying at motel. "
