"We always stay at The Courtyard B&B when we visit Bunratty. Charming en-suite rooms, delicious cooked-to-order breakfasts and friendly staff all contribute to a most pleasant stay. The Courtyard is within easy walking distance of Bunratty Castle, Bunratty Folk Park, Blarney Woolen Mills shop and Durty Nelly’s Pub."

"The location is literally next door to the Shannon airport. We dropped the rental off a day early knowing we could walk across the parking lot to airport. Friendly staff, the bar is great and the food was delicious. Standard room with only a heater in the room but we figured out how to turn off and kept the window open to cool room down. "

"We simply were not told that the hotel is filled with migrants and homeless. Windows either locked or broken, perhaps to stop theft. Buggies and pushchairs fill 1st floor lobby next to lift. Bags of food left outside rooms for the non paying guests, whilst the paying guests all on the 5th floor. Rooms are worn and outdated, but clean. Heating on full blast, why? To make the migrants feel more at home? No idea. On the plus side the polish lady who runs the bar area is lovely and the breakfast was really very good. It has a very traditional Irish BnB feel to it so credit where credit is due there, it’s just a real shame the hotel can’t be up front to paying guests, who really should not have to pay as much due to the circumstances. It left a bad taste and we couldn’t get out of Limerick fast enough"

"The hotel was great. Large rooms with comfy beds. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant it wasn’t great. But overall the hotel and location were excellent "

"Dinner closes extremely early. And nowhere around will deliver or is even open. For the hotels restaurant to close so early and they don’t offer room service or have a little store inside to get refreshments was disappointing. We got in late with 3 kids and they were hungry and we had little snacks thank goodness but finally found a pizza place that usually doesn’t deliver that far but did for us. We tipped them well but were disappointed the hotel didn’t have anything to accommodate their guest after early closing."

"Unfortunately my breakfast was not included. I was in a suite with kitchen services-again I did not request them. The front desk was very accommodating about checking me in a day prior to my reservation. But I did not have any cleaning services for my entire stay if 4 days. Would not return there."
