"The room was clean, however there is no air condition in early April, the staff advised us to open the window. However my room is facing the airport, it is very loud. "

"The Hotel is a little distance away from the airport and is at least 45 minutes to an hour train ride away from downtown Seoul so take that into consideration when booking this location. They have convenient shuttle from the airport but it had to be booked in advance and was way overbooked for our ride. Get in line earlier so you can get on. The room itself was fine and offered plenty of amenities. The beds were hard and not very comfortable but worked out okay for the few days we were there. There is a train station right below the hotel and a busy highway next to it so if traffic noise keeps you awake you may want to request a room on the other side of the hotel. The staff is very friendly. I recommend that you take advantage of the breakfast buffet. I wish we had eaten there each morning because they had a huge food selection. I would stay here again."

"I was shocked to find that the house keeper had scraped my night cream off my tub on my first day of stay. After feedback to the front desk and showing them the evidence. There was no mention of the matter when I checked out on the 3rd day. I am very disappointed with Marriott Hotel. "
