"My room was clean and the breakfast buffet was good with many options."

"They charged an extra $95, for parking and in case we did damage to the room. The bathroom had bars for disabled. Paint chipping from wall. I called for late check out for another $40 then they kept knocking on my door. Children yelling in the halls. My friend came to visit for one hour and had to pay to exit the parking lot."

"It’s a great little motel for the money. It’s located in a very walkable area with many restaurants and cafes nearby. Parking is included. Home Boy industry baked goods and coffee are supplied for breakfast. It would be nice to have a couple other options such as fruit or yogurt, but overall, it’s a great place."

"Room is very outdated, needs upgraded with lots of tender loving care. The night check in guy was kinda rude and didn’t explain anything that is normally. Such as where the elevator is or what time check out is or what direction to go or anything . He handed us our key & said room # "

"Hotel does not have microwave in rooms, there is one per floor in the room with the ice machine. While using the microwave, security came harassing my husband, falsely accusing him of urinating in the room. In a room where my husband stepped one foot inside to hold a plate for me. When the security confirmed there was nothing in the room and that it was clean, my husband wanted an apology. No apology was given, instead he has threatened. The security said he was given a discretion that there was black man in the hallway. Will never stay in this hotel again where my husband can’t even be in the hallway without security harassing him for being African American."

"The hotel is centrally located. Which is nice and convenient. The rooms were small which I was surprised given the amount of money I paid and how big the hotel really is. One of the things I DO NOT recommend is bell services. When I arrived it took bell services more than hour to get my luggage’s to my room. During check out it was the same issue. I had to call like 3 times to see if someone was coming. The third time I was told that the bell person had come and knock on my door and no one answer so I had to literally grab all of my stuff and put them outside our room so he wouldn’t miss us. The valet is awesome. Super easy to drop off and pick up your car. "
