Hilton Garden Inn LAX Los Angeles Airport
8/10 Good
"Breakfast was good, but pricey. Information on where to pick up shuttle to hotel was difficult to find and inaccurate when located. Took way too long to find out where shuttle was truly located."

The LINE Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"This properties location was great. So much at walking distance. Loved having a 711 across the street to grab snacks during our trip. We watched a comedy show at the theater which was walking distance as well.
The hotel itself is very modern, I was a bit nervous with taking our 10, 9, and 7 year old but it was honestly fine. They loved the pool and were able to swim and be happy. I was nervous if people or the staff would complain about kids being kids and having fun but no, they let them play and others swam with them.
The only complaint was parking was so expensive, basically another nights stay! But what made it better was the staff all there were quick and polite. I would most likely to stay there again. "

Fairfield Inn & Suites Los Angeles LAX/El Segundo

"It was good "

Loews Hollywood Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Fantastic location in Hollywood area and so close to tons of shops and restaurants. Good parking option at the ovation if you decide not or pay the price for valet parking. Furniture conditions could be improved inside the hotel specially the doors to the rooms and the TV stands and bathrooms. I was very happy with our start otherwise."

Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City
8/10 Good
"Check in was difficult just due to the layout of the hotel. They don’t allow guests to use the luggage cart, so an attendant has to go with you. This was helpful at check in due to the confusing layout, but at check out, we just needed the cart. No need for assistance and the feeling to need to tip again for something we could easily do ourselves.
The added 16-18% to food and drinks isn’t gratuity to your servers and we as guests are encouraged not to tip at this establishment. We still tipped everyone, in addition to paying the added percentage as well. It feels very wrong not to tip, and adding 40% to our bill from each meal or drink, was completely unexpected and really off putting.
A few lows: the hot tub was cold when the pool opened on Saturday so we didn’t get to enjoy it as that was the only time we could go during our busy trip. The beds were almost unbearably creaky with even a slight move, room service steak was undercooked, chicken strips were dry and overcooked, everything besides the chicken wings were either under cooked, over cooked or cold when we got it.
Ending on the highs: all staff we interacted with were wonderful, all were friendly and helpful, location of hotel was perfect, room size and layout is great, smooth check out. Would stay again, but would not eat or drink on property due to the additional fees charged and encouragement not to tip, it’s just awkward not to tip if the service is good."

Freehand Los Angeles

"Make sure to pack ear plugs! I've stayed there before but forgot how loud the it is there. It sounds like the windows are wide open! They should provide ear plugs, but they don't, so make sure you do! Its in a location that is close to a lot of great places, but it is the city, so its a but sketch at night. The staff is great, the place is clean, and its great price."

E-Central Downtown Los Angeles Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We went to an LA Kings game right across the road. Was absolutely perfect! Everything you need for a good nights rest."
