"Fantastic stay in the cottage - immaculately presented room with loads of space and a very nice selection of snacks. The staff in the Inn were incredibly welcoming and made for a totally relaxed break. Food at dinner and breakfast was delicious. Cannot recommend highly enough"

"The Dial House is located right in the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water, an easy walk to everything. Our room was in the old building and was comfortable. The bath had an attractive large tub, but only a hand-held for a shower. There was plenty of hot water. Parking was plentiful and easy to access. Guests are asked to only enter through the back door of the building to not disturb dining customers. That was a little strange and inconvenient, but not a major concern. We had three concerns. ...

"Badic accommodation. Poor value for money. A pub with rooms. You could smell the fried chips when you opened the door in the car park. The staff were jobs worth and not welcoming. Poorly maintained property which felt grubby. My room had a sash window broken so couldn't open it. Only good thing were the bath towels and good mattress. Pillows awful. Make sure you don't have a room on the front of the hotel as the noise from the road is continous through the night. I would not stay there...
