"Severe Heat & Uninhabitable Space: The apartment reached an unbearable 31 degrees Celsius with a non-functioning/inadequate cooling setup. Because of this, all three guests were forced to cram into a single 1st-floor room to sleep for both nights. Severe Sanitation and Cleanliness Issues: Upon arrival, the apartment was not ready. "Detrimental experience. Let me be factual: 1. Rude, discourteous receptionist. I was accused of trying to smuggle in a pet from my car. I told receptionist >5x that I don!t have a pet, whereas he said he saw a pet cage in my car. I was then threatend that I will be fined 1500 € if it turns out I brought in a pet. 2. "Nicely located near Stein and a short walk through campus to the Steinertor end of Krems a.d. Donau. Next door to 2Stein a fun good bar and restaurant. Room was quiet.

"Codes were received in advance for a late check in but the receptionist was still on duty when I arrived around 2030. Everything was fine with the hotel but just to be wary.... On Google maps it stated breakfast included, some breakfast menus had prices listed and some didn't. Thankfully it wasn't a help yourself buffet otherwise I'd paid €15 for a small fixed choice breakfast."
