Hotel Butik di Burgundy

"Prachtig hotel op enkele stappen van het centrum van Beaune. Uiterst behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel, met een speciale vermelding voor de receptie. Mooie ruime kamers, heel proper ingericht. Soms was het reinigen van de kamer een beetje later op de dag. Maar we kunnen begrijpen dat dit niet altijd zo gemakkelijk in te delen valt. Het ontbijt was vers met voldoende aanbod. Zeker al ruimere buffetten gehad in andere hotels. Kleine opmerking: verzorg het brood: niet altijd perfect uitgebakken....

A suggestion for wash cloths made available we asked, got them but maid didnot replenish each day. Great recommendations from her for tours. Laur from guest relations was perfection. Great location so close to trains and old town."

"Everything was lovely, great location, great facilities and friendly staff. My only quibble was the coffee machine in the room was broken and the shower smelt a bit musty. We only stayed one night and I didn’t feel I needed to mention to staff, but I know if I had they would have sorted it out. The bed was comfortable and swimming pool great and the restaurant was enjoyable. Many thanks"
