"Property was nice, clean and quiet in a quiet area. 5 min walk to local metro station, staff were lovely, multilingual and super helpful. Room was always nice and tidy after leaving and coming back for the day, also had a private balcony as well so had a great street view - cannot wait to be back! It was the perfect place for my first birthday solo travel!"

"Overall spot was good. One night for me. Room was spacious/clean. Breakfast had a small selection, but for me, it was good enough. Only one staff member working it, so it felt a bit disorganized. Also a bit far from city center. I booked this location knowing this as I had rented a car, but good for people to understand that at least 25-30min drive away. "

"Nos quedamos en este hotel por motivo del maratón de Valencia. Está a 15 minutos caminando de la salida y meta, un centro comercial a 5 minutos y muchas opciones para comer. El transporte público está muy cerca y fue fácil también conseguir lugar de parking. Lo recomiendo mucho. "

"The breakfast was good but I wish they will serve some variety of food daily. The 3 days we stayed, it’s all the same food that we had every single day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The one thing I really like about this place is the location. It is very close to the arts and science center, within walking distance. The best part is, there’s a huge mall across the hotel and so many places to eat and shop."

"Breakfast was nice enough, but you have to go to the other hotel to get it. Rooms weren’t immensely clean, when I arrived I had to call room service straight away as the bathroom wasn’t clean. You wouldn’t stay in this hotel for its amenities. Location is fine. Staff were fine. "

"Everything is good. It is located near the city of art and science (15 minutes walking). There's huge carrefour near the museums inside a mall (reachable by bus #35), so it's a plus. 10minutes bus to downtown (old town/ciudad vieja) and also estacion del nord. The receptionist isn't necessarily friendly but definitely helpful. The room service is limited since they are cooperating with another company to handle it. "The hotel is located within a shopping mall the parking is shared with the mall but a discount is applied to the parking fee if you’re staying at the hotel. If you’re looking to see places like the aquarium and shop around in the mall this is the one for you."
