"Trust me do not book at Travelers Inn. Before my son checked in i had called 5 different numbers. Oyo the sister company I'm assuming had no information for this hotel thay tried helping me get through Travelers Inn aka Oyo. Never did. Had tongo through Hotels. Com to find some type of info. Which was helpful. Then up my son arriving and checking in now. My son was staying for a 4 night stay after driving 14 hours from Arizona for a job opportunity in Texas. Mind you he is 19, it was so bad that he calls me to tell me how bad that he didnt want to bring down his luggage. He sent me pictures and a video. The fridge had some 6×6 inches of thick liquid stuck on to the bottom. The mattress had bedbugs with dead old dry roach on it. The toilet and bathtub hadnt been cleaned either. Hotels.com had plenty of trouble getting through to inform them of the situation. My son let the front desk know he would be checking out...mind you less than 2 hours and only took long because he went to get late dinner while myself and Hotels.com tried gathering info. When he went to check out even frontdesk was not surprised by what he was reported. I just received a credit from the hotel for 75% of what I paid. But the first night they refused? I was credited by Hotels.com $25 credit as a thankful for being a Hotels.com member aka courtesy. Which I'm thankful for. But I cant understand why Travelers Inn couldnt refund me 100%? I asked as to why and I wasnt given any explanation. "
