"Parking well lit as well as in front of the doors and surrounding areas, lawn well maintained, outside was clean and free of debris. Inside lacked updating and cleaning. Shower head corroded as well as faucets, shower grout dirty with buildup. Room in desperate need of dusting and deep cleaning. Animal hairs found throughout rokm. Mattress very hard and uncomfortable. Carpets need shampooing to get the dank smell out. Windows and sills need cleaning, Tv would not change from initial channel....

"The property itself was not clean. The helpfulness of the staff varied greatly from one person to the next. But, none of the 3 people behind the counter I spoke to about the man who walked his dog outside the front sliding doors and let it pee right on the rubber door mat, cleaned it. Simply getting a bucket of water or using a hose would have sufficed but they did nothing. One of the workers told me he does that all of the time and shook her head.
