"I came to check in about 3 am EDT, the front desk tried to tell me that my booking that was paid is cancelled because it was past 4 am, I said it is not 4 am yet, he said it is 4 past 4 am in the other hotel where he works, he didn’t not explain where this hotel is located, nowhere in the US it was past 4 am at that time. Eventually he let me in. "

"When we got there to check in, my kids were talking about the pool and excited to go swimming, got the room key went and changed, got down to the pool and it was closed and drained. Would've been nice for them to say something prior to check in, considering they heard my kids talking about swimming. They did refund my money, but with an attitude."

"The hotel is in a good location, unfortunately we only had our room cleaned once while staying four nights. The room was always pretty warm, I also requested to switch rooms because we had a door that had access to another room but they denied my request saying that they didn’t have any more rooms. We were awakened by the next door guest alarm every morning and snooze at least twice. For the price you are paying for this hotel, you should get better service. The swimming pool was dirty. I won’t recommend this hotel, look for another place."
