"The hotel met the needs of the trip. The staff was accommodating in the ways that they could be— they ran out of blankets which was frustrating because the vents never cut off. And. The young lady from housekeeping took over two hours to clean the room next to mine and spent the entire time with her cousin on speaker phone talking extremely loud. I was also disappointed that the curtains did not close at all, so in the morning it was extremely bright and preventative of sleeping in. Also. You can heat upstairs and outside. If you’re a light sleeper this may not be the facility for you. "
