"Room wasn't clean. Water stains on ceiling, bathroom was dirty, every towel was stained. For $200 it was extremely over priced. Went to a concert at winstar so we got back late. There were at least 5-6 people just sitting down the halls. Wasn't comfortable feeling for the price they charge. "

"The hotel was having much needed renovations done beginning on the 3rd floor. No renovations yet on the 1st floor where we stayed. The carpeting everywhere was stained. The lock on the door was broken. The faucet in the bathroom needed replacement, it was loose and moved around when you, the curtains were stained, there was no hot water for a shower. I had to take a cold shower. There was no coffee pot in the room, but there was coffee for that purpose. We had to ask for hand towels, and a coffee pot. The bed appeared to be clean and it was comfortable. The breakfast was acceptable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Since we couldn't take a shower, I feel a refund should be paid."

"The room was kept cool, the parking is right in front of the door and very easy to access and the room was comfortable. This is a no nonsense motel with clean rooms and great prices. "

"The parking area did not feel safe. The room was not very clean. We found 3 socks from previous residents when we were double checking the room before we left. I signed up with two adults and one child for our double queen size room. They would only give us two towels at a time and I had to take them down to the desk to get fresh ones. The morning of our second day I took down the dirty towels and requested clean ones. I was told they would not be avaible until 9 am. The event we were in Gainesville for started at 7 am. The pool is greena and brown and a dirty sock was floating it. Also, when we arrived there were two dirty mattresses on the ground near the pool and trash overflowing in the breeze ways. It was not a good stay."
