"Loved this hotel! The vibe was very cool and cosy, very welcomed by the reception staff. Very good value for money, best place I’ve stayed in London! Swimming pool, sauna & steam room, gym all included. Beautiful communal kitchen to use which was very convenient as I booked without the breakfast option. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to London. "

"We had booked a basic room as only there for 1 night but told on arrival there was no lift in that part of the building so we had to pay to upgrade so my husband could access a room. The room was dusty. The bed was ok but we've had better and the shower was over the bath which again made it very difficult for my husband. Definitely wouldn't use this hotel aga.i"

"Absolutely loved our stay at the crazy bear. Staff were wonderful. Hotel was fabulous and we went to the Thai restaurant and the food was great. The whole stay was fabulous. Planning our next visit soon. Thank you for a great weekend ☺️"

"Stayed only one night. Only had one restaurant that was serving. Service was show for an empty dining room. Food was average at best. Noticed the open kitchen and cooks handling food with bare hands. I guess we sort of expected better looking plates from a Marriott hotel. The bar facing the dining room seemed to be only used for the service staff. Dirty glassware piling up across the bar. Our entrees seemed to be garnished with rocket that wasn’t dressed. The food seemed to not be seasoned very...
