"Great amenities and staff on this beautiful property. Didn’t know in advance there wasn’t AC but appreciated a fan in room. A maze to navigate the property but stay long enough and you’ll figure it out. Definitely difficult to get an Uber from here, plan for and anticipate a LONG wait time for pick ups by drivers."

"I loved my room! The modern light system, the shower and storage shelving and super comfortable bed. Would have loved hot kettle amenitie but was nice to have coffee in the lobby. It was during Fringe fest so staff was overrun by the demand. I’d definitely stay here again."

"We appreciated the location which provided great walkability to all interesting points. We enjoyed the restaurant and had a delicious gourmet dinner. We had a pleasant respite in the bar and my husband enjoyed the pool, sauna, and steam room. Our room was comfortable and I appreciated the big soaker bathtub."

"Rooms were clean, breakfast and lounge was well stocked and the staff were polite and helpful. The location is easy to get anywhere and though no parking, they have some discount while parking at the Waverly station car park. There's a lot of scaffolding and elevators are limited due to construction"

"The only complaint - and it’s probable because I’m American and not used to it - but the water pressure for the shower was … less than desirable. Just took a while for it to get up to a decent pressure to actually be useful. Other than that, I quite enjoyed the stay."
