"Very peaceful location with very helpful staff. We’re very responsive to accommodation requests. The breakfast was great, multiple options from light to heavy. Just a short walk away from Aberdour Castle and a small beach."

"The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary milk, bread, jam and tea at the property as well as a welcome note and small reference manual for our stay. Of particular note were the sunrise and sunset ocean views both from the property itself and on the half-mile walk from the property to the train station. If you take the train from Edinburgh to Kinghorn in the evening, you might catch the sunset over the bridge- Gorgeous! We had a lovely time...

"Staff all very good. I had a problem with the toilet seat and they fixed it during the day while I was out. Food and drinks service good. No noise in my room from the wedding party. Only issue for me was the room window was very small and high up in the wall, so I couldn’t see out, and the sky light had no covering, so being Scotland, I had daylight from 5:30am waking me up. Not the worst problem in the world. Wonderful park like location, and again, all the staff were wonderful."

"parking at a weekend can be a bit tight if there is an event on. Think people staying should be given prior parking."

"A little dated and could do with some improvements taps didn’t work very well and bathroom fan was very noisy but overall clean hotel and great staff. Conveniently located with Livingston Outlets, retail park right next door."

"Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive, lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Comfortable bed with lovely views. Perfectly located for buses into the city (about 20 mins away). Local independent shops worth a visit too. The room was spotless but badly in need of the refurbishment the hotel is currently undergoing. Accessible rooms are available, but no lift. Look forward to returning.."

"I stayed here one night before catching a flight back to London. The hotel sits on beautiful property. I saw quite a bit of wildlife and spent a couple hours bird watching whilst there. There appeared to be a lot of activities available besides the obvious golf. I ate dinner in the Brasserie and had breakfast in the main restaurant. The service was good; the food was okay.The room had ample space, was well laid out, and had important amenities: tea kettle and fridge. My only issues were: 1. The...

"Convenient hotel that is walkable t0 and from the airport. Staff were friendly. Good gym facility. Dinner in the restaurant was good too. We stayed in the newer section of the hotel which was quite nice. The rest of the hotel room hallways looks like they need a re-do - dated carpet and brick walls. The only other comment is that the hotel should install more hooks in the bathroom and add a towel hook for the hand towel. "
