"Convenient location on the main street in Burntisland. Around 5-6 minute walk from the train station. The train into the Edinburgh Waverly Station, center Edinburgh, departs every 20-25, minutes and takes around 30 minutes into Edinburgh. My room was large, with a large screen TV, Hot water kettle. No mini fridge. No elevator. My room faced the backyard so it was quiet. The window opened a little to let in fresh air."

"The building is older but we knew that when booking and were very fine with that! The staff member who checked us in was extremely nice and gave some dinner recommendations. The TV had Netflix which was great and our suite included a full kitchen as well as some croissants and muffins for breakfast and bottled water and Irn Bru in the fridge (which was very appreciated!). "We had a wonderful stay at destiny student burnet point! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel at ease. The room was completely spotless and the kitchen had great facilities and was very well maintained. It felt very safe as two young female travellers and was a great location for exploring the city especially having great access to Arthur’s seat. Would very much recommend this property and we will be back!!"

"This hotel is a basic budget hotel with an artsy flair. The rooms had no refrigerators, no in-room safes, no extra blankets, and no tissues! (Just toilet paper.) The shower looked nice, but did not have an actual shower door, so water got EVERYWHERE in the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets were scratchy. The artsy touches were nice, but did not make up for a lack of basics. On the plus side, the staff was helpful and the free breakfast had a wide variety of items, plus good...
