It was the best hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel interior is lovely, the dining room is gorgeous and you can see the castle from the windows. The food in the dining room was very good. Had the best toastie ever.

The location nd space was amazing…but it was the stellar staff that get the top notch accolades. They were all so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived to the time we left. And not just doing little things, but things rarely done now. They happened to ask about our plans for the day and when they heard we had a full day travel trip they made us a goodie bag with treats and apples. I found everything about this stay to be wonderful and look forward to a return!

100 Princes Street absolutely exceeded our expectations! The hotel has been restored to perfection and we loved feeling like Scotland's rich history and culture had been honored throughout the entire hotel. I am a solo traveler and wanted to celebrate my 40th birthday in Scotland. The staff at 100 Princes Street made me feel so special on my big day. The food, drinks, staff and atmosphere really make this hotel such a special place to stay. Highly recommend if you enjoy top-notch customer service, luxury and would enjoy a a direct view of Edinburgh Castle. I will definitely be back!

What a wonderful hotel. It is beautiful on a wonderful street. My room was lovely. Comfy bed, fantastic bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub and a rainfall shower. The best part is the staff. Very attentive and kind. Delicious room service -- I love room service and it's becoming more and more rare. It's an historic building but everything is redone and in good working order. BTW, Edinburgh, in general is full of kind, lovely people. It's a beautiful, historic city -- Highly recommend this city and this hotel.
