"Central location, historic building. Very professional front desk staff . Great views from the rooms. Nice modern bathroom with a bath.
The air conditioner was modern as well and was much needed on the warm days. "

"Everything you need is close by. Very walk-able, and easy bus connections too. This is our 3rd prolonged stay, 2-4 weeks each time. Very congenial staff!"

"Spectacular location. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is perfect for our needs. Walking distance to several outstanding restaurants and tourist attractions. We loved our stay here and would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Really friendly and efficient team who communicated regularly before and throughout our stay.
Apartment spotless with everything you need.
Tiny niggles - would benefit from additional lighting outside the entrance to the building . Sockets not near the mirrors so not ideal for those who use a hairdryer and straighteners. Bedside lamps weren’t charged but plenty other lightening so not an issue.
These really are tiny niggles and we would definitely stay again on our next visit to Edinburgh....

"Excelente staff, sin embargo, ambas propiedades están en este momento, julio-agosto 2026, rodeadas de construcciones o remodelaciones, así que desde muy temprano es un ruido insoportable y las vistas de las ventanas son de andamios y trabajadores de la construcción…"

"The room was very spacious and attractive, and the air conditioning worked great! I really appreciated the kitchen area with everything from a coffee maker to a fridge to a dishwasher! The bed is a bit firm, but not to the point of negatively affecting one’s sleep. The staff are very kind and worked hard to support requests. I am also very satisfied with the location- it’s close enough to be convenient, but not in the middle of the noisy, touristy areas. I do wish the bathroom counter space was...

"This was the most spacious accommodations. We had our entire time in the UK. it was conveniently located within steps to the bus station and other shops. The view out of the window in the living room was amazing."
