"Convenient location on the main street in Burntisland. Around 5-6 minute walk from the train station. The train into the Edinburgh Waverly Station, center Edinburgh, departs every 20-25, minutes and takes around 30 minutes into Edinburgh. My room was large, with a large screen TV, Hot water kettle. No mini fridge. No elevator. My room faced the backyard so it was quiet. The window opened a little to let in fresh air."

"The hotel was located a short walk from the tram and bus routes . The staff were friendly and I was greeted daily . The breakfast was satisfying and offered a variety of favourite breakfast items. The only thing I found concerning is that the glasses / cup and spoons provided in hotel room were left unchanged and not cleaned . Travellers will be comfortable and appreciate the nearby amenities."

"Good location, excellent service, and a truly commendable breakfast highly. Rooms very quiet, despite the hotel being in the centre of Edinburgh. The rooms can be a bit on the small side, and having the hand wash basin in the hall is somewhat eccentric."

"This a perfect hotel if you want to be in the new town and are a close walk to everything. The hotel does require you to be able to use technology to check in but each room has everything you will need. The lounge was filled with a coffee bar and fresh pastries and place to rest. The room just felt cozy but professional."
