Room was big for a Euro (I know, they’re not part of the EU anymore) and the drinkies in the lobby every afternoon were wonderful for meeting other guests. Endless food options nearby, fast access to tram services, quiet and safe area and room had aircon (I’m sitting in a four star hotel in Zurich at the moment and when couldn’t get any cool air, they came and showed us how to open the window!)

Place was excellent, very clean and staff in the hotel were fantastic. Room was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable and again with the staff, very warm and welcoming, it was great.
