"The room was clean and basic amenities (washing machine, dryer, fridge etc)
Bedding and sheets were good.
The bathroom- shower had mold
The heater for the bedroom didn't work, however there were other bedding available to help on the chilly nights.

"Very comfy and spacious. Parking in the building was easy despite the roadworks near entrance. Pillows were way too soft and flat and access to kitchen bin inside the cupboard rather awkward. Overall, very pleased with the accommodation."

"The hotel was reasonable for the price. The room was modern and functional. My only concern is that we got placed in a ‘pet’ room, which had dog hair and stains on the rug and it smelt like dog. I love that hotels are pet friendly, however you also need to clean more thoroughly and give people the option of whether they want to be placed in a pet or no pet room. When we talked to reception about it they couldn’t move us and they didn’t even offer to clean or remove the rug. For me this was an...

"Nice clean room that is medern, but. The bed was poor. Apparently it was a king bed but it was actually 2 king singles put together and is not unusual but when they joined the beds it's like they used a plank of wood. The bed was so soft you fell into it but couldn't roll over to the other side of the bed because of this wood. Thankfully I didn't jump into the bed without trying it out 1st.
