Beklentimizin altinda

Eski bir otel olan Kar tanesi otelin yuzeysel olarak yenileme yapilmis hali Agaoglu otel. Ne yazik ki otelin esyalarinin ve odalarin ciddi bir tekrar yenileme gecirmesi lazim. Odalar bakimsiz yataklar cok kisa rahatsiz edici (1.87cm boyumla ayaklarim disarda kaliyordu). Ilginc bir sekilde odalarda cay kahve ikrami yok o yuzden Su isiticisi dogal olarak mevcut degil. Bistro cafe nin ucretli olmasi ve fahis fiyatlar ! (Kayak tatili pahalidir dusuncesine siginarak). Bes cayi (17.00 18.00) zamani disinda cay, kahve,corba vs. hicbir ikramin olmamasi kayak tatili yaparken insan ariyor yani. Sadece gece 00.00-01.00 de gece corba ikrami var; o da aksam yemegini gec yediysen bir esprisi yok zaten. Otelin olumlu yani calisanlarin hepsi guler yuzlu ve yardimci olmasi , kapali otopark mevcut (yeterli olmasada). Disardan gunubirlikci kabul edilmiyor. Yemekler ve kahvalti yeterli lezzetli. 2. Bolgede olmasindan dolayi pistler cok yogun degil 1. Bolgeye kiyasla. Fakat standart bizim sonradan gorme, kural sira tanimayan,saygisiz, kayak takimlarinizin ustune cikan varliklardan ne yazik ki burda da bolca goreceksiniz.

Çocuklu bir seyahat için ideal

Otelin konumu ve tesisleri çocuklu bir seyahat için çok avantajlıydı. Otelin kendi kayak odasının olması ve kayak pistlerine kapısından direk çıkılması çok büyük rahatlıktı. Otelimizin organize ettiği kayak hocaları da çok başarılıydı. Genel anlamda yemeklerin lezzeti güzeldi. Açık büfede bir hayli seçenek vardı ve hijyene önem verildiğini görmek çok güzeldi. Özellikle Bistrot Cafe'deki pide vb yiyecekler çok lezzetliydi. Çay saatinde canlı müzik eşliğinde ikramlıklar olması çok keyifliydi. Ancak odalarda su harici hiç mini bar veya ikramlık yoktu (ki bizim odamız bir hayli büyük mutfaklı olan bir aile odasıydı). Ücretli bile olsa normal otellerdeki gibi alkollü veya alkolsüz içeceklerin, kuruyemiş, çikolata ve cips gibi alternatiflerin olduğu bir mini bar olması gerekirdi. Odamızda su ısıtıcısı vardı ancak ne poşet çay ne de paket kahve yoktu. İleriye dönük bunun gözden geçirilmesini tavsiye ederim.

Otelin kapalı otoparkının olması hoşuma gitti. Odalar geniş ve havadar idi. Temizlik genel olarak iyi, herşey dahil ama yemek kalitesi bu seviyedeki bir otele yakışmıyor bence buna rağmen çalışanların güler yüzlülüğü ve ilgisi çok güzeldi. Snack Barlarda verilen ücretsiz burger tarzı ürünlerin kalitesi daha iyi olabilirdi. Aynı şekilde kahve de hem makina hem de çekirdek olarak vasat denebilir. Tesisler konaklamak için güzel tercih edilebilir, ama fiyat performans açısından rekabet için vasat olan sunumların kaliteleri artmalı diye düşünüyorum.

12.02.2021 tarihinde 139 no'lu odaya yerleştirildik odayı teslim aldığımızda banyo tuvaleti klozet kapağında idrar lekeleri vardı. Durumu resepsiyona bildirdik. Fakat yeni oda teklif bile etmediler sadece temizlik yapıldı. Restaurant vasattı. Herşey dahil konsept olup sadece tek lobi barın çalışması çok saçma

Das Essen schmeckt überhaupt nicht. Das hotel gibt sich als all All inclusive Hotel aus ,allerdings muss man sehr viele sachen extra bezahlen. Servicepersonal macht einen desinteressierten Eindruck.

Great hotel, poor ski equipment

Hotel was great, very clean and the rooms look like they were renovated not too long ago. Food and drinks were also good. The only negative feedback is regarding to the ski/snowboard equipment available for rent. The equipments are very worn down and I while I would definitely stay again at the hotel, I would certainly look somewhere else to rent ski equipment.

Eten is niet goed. Zeer slechte kwaliteit. Kamer was behoorlijk warm en je kon deze warmte niet lager zetten. Bed was heel hard en maximaal 1.90 lang terwijl ik 1.95 lang ben, dus ik paste totaal niet in deze bed. Standaard bed is overal 2.00 m lang dus is raar dat deze bed kort is. Ook kussens waren hard en kon niet slapen door hardheid en warmte van kamer. Personeel was goed, maar het is niet overal all inclusief, sommige Eet ruimtes vragen ze geld voor eten en drank. Ook proberen ze klanten te verwijzen naar betaalde restaurant in de buurt en willen ze extra geld van je.

Konaklamama gerek kalmadan Geçen akşam yaşadığım kapıdaki kötü karşılama ve ardından Müdür beyin gösterdiği kibir dolu tavrıyla da karşılaınca iptal edip Bof otel de kalmayı tercih ettim. 70 yaşındaki annem 9 yaşındaki oğlum ve ben bizim konaklamamızdan bir gün evvel otelde kalan arkadaşlarımızı ziyaret e gitmek ve birgün sonra kalacağımız oteli görmek istedik bizi sanki suçluymuşuz gibi ısrarla içeri almadılar Müdürleri Murat Pınarcınun gösterdiği tavır cabası bir bayana bir çocuğa ancak bukadar zorbaca davranılırdı. Asla ama asla tavsiye etmiyorum.

Sehr empfehlenswert! Von der Ausstattung der Zimmer bis zum Personal alles Top! Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites und aufmerksames Personal, ob an der Lobby oder im Restaurant.
