2 hafta önce satın aldığımda not belirtmiştim sessiz oda istiyoruz diye. birinci katı verdiler yol geçiyordu dibimizden.oda maaalesef eskiydi.internetten en güzel odalarını koymuşlar. duvarlar lekeliydi. camlar pisti.banyoda küvet kenarları eskiydi.sadece kahvaltısı güzeldi birde 3 kişilik yerine 4 kişilik oda verdiler. 4. yatak çocuk arabalı yataktı fakat odamızın alanını kısıtladı.3. yatak da ekstra konulmuş ek yataktı. hiç konforlu değildi. onu değiştirttim sorun çıkarmayıp yardımcı oldular.

كل شي كان جميلا ماعدا انظمة التكييف التي تجبر السائح على استعمال نظام تدفئة بالرغم من الشعور بحرارة الجو وخصوصا فترة الظهيرة مما يجبرني على فتح الشباك والذي يكون فيه نوع من الازعاج وخصوصا الاطلالة على الطريق العام ارجوا من ادارة الفندق مراعاة اذواق النزلاء وذلك بوضع جميع الخيارات امامهم وليس باجبارهم على ماتراه مناسب لها

مكان الفندق جيد ولكن طاقم الافطار غير متعاون ويستخف بالعرب وكذلك عند نسيان بطاقة فتح الأبواب لم يتم إعطائي بطاقة اخرى الا بصعوبة علما بأنهم أعطوني بطاقة واحدة فقط وبقية الفنادق تعطيك بطاقتين مستوى النظافة جيد الفندق يستحق ثلاث نجوم ويوجد شخص جيد في الاستقبال ومتعاون

Aile ile bir gece konaklama

Üç kişilik rezervasyon yaptırmıştım. Sıradan küçük bir üç kişilik oda beklerken geniş bir suit odayla karşılaştık, çok güzeldi. Kahvaltıda çeşit fazla ve doyurucuydu. Personel ilgiliydi. Olumsuz yanlarına gelince; oda servisinden akşam yemeği sipariş ettiğimizde otelin hemen yanında bulunan bir restaurantta yaptırıp olduğu gibi poşet içerisinde getirdiler. Sunum yoktu. Anladığım kadarıyla otelin akşam yemeği servisi de bulunmuyordu. Aynı restauranta kendimiz gidip yemek yediğimizde otele ödediğimizden daha düşük bir fiyat ödedik. Ayrıca kaldığımız odada WiFi bağlantısı iyi değildi.
