Felt comfortable as a solo female traveler. The rooftop breakfast was good and I enjoyed the cleanliness of my room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was a convenient distance from the city center. I would stay here again, and would recommend to other travelers!

Great service by the team

Great service and very good staff. Rooms a bit on the smaller side but great value for money. Parking is an issue during the week but the reception staff park it for you.

Break in Bursa!

Great budget hotel. About 20 min walk from the old City. All the staff were very attentive and helped throughout my trip even with their limited English. The map in Hotels.com is slightly out so hotel staff sent whattsap of location. Hotel will park car on side street. Breakfast is basic but fresh. They will make omlette if asked. Air con was turned on/off centrally so just ring the reception and they will help with settings. Some really good local eateries nearby, as well as supermarket. It is best to get around old city by walking or taxi. 20 min drive to the Telefrik/ ski lifts. Great historic little City to enjoy local Turkish cuisine and culture!

Karşılamadaki arkadaş içten ve yardımsever. Otopar çevrede neresi boşa ise o. Boş yoksa işiniz yoksa yer arayın. Oda fazlasıyla dar idi. İlk odanın camından ses ve hava sızıyor ve perde bozuktu. Allahtan boş oda vardı değiştirdim hemen. Duşa kabinin kapısı yok. Duş aldıktan sonra banyoda her yer ıslak. Havuz gibi :)) Odalar vs temizdi. Lokasyon da merkezi zaten. İyi çalışmalar

Herşey güzel aslında özellikle heryer temiz. Sadece oda biraz küçük, banyo ile bir kaç küçük düzeltmeye ihtiyacı var (duşa kabinin kapısı yok mesela). ücretsiz otopark var. Kahvaltı çeşidi iyi. Çalışanlara çok düzgün ve ilgili.

Odanin kendisi temizdi ancak tuvaletlerde lekeler vardi. Sabah saat 10’da kahvaltiya ciktigimizda 2-3 parca bir sey kalmisti ve calisan kadina sordugumuzda “3 kere yenilendi bitti” dedi. Halbuki otel misafirleri olarak 10.30’a kadar kahvalti hakkimiz oldugu soylenmisti. Kisacasi bir daha tercih edecegim bir yer degil, cevresine de cok nezih denemez ama butce sikintisi olanlar icin kalinmayacak bir yer de degil. Fiyat/performans olarak 3.5 veriyorum.

Tek başıma 1 gece konaklama için ordaydım. Lobideki arkadaşlar çok ilgili ve yardımsever. Oda temizdi, ihtiyacım olan her şey vardı. Kahvaltısıda bence bu fiyata çok iyiydi. Garipsediğim tek şey banyoda duş perdesi yoktu su biraz dışarıya gidiyo ve insan şaşırıyor :D
