"Wonderful stay and beautiful hotel. Great location easy on off 205 freeway which takes you to I5 freeway. Good breakfast and breakfast room. Staff were great and helpful. "

"The room was horrible gross and dirty. Honestly felt we felt so dirty sleeping in there. Sheets were stained. Bathroom had hair and stains. Paint missing dirty walls. Just dont stay here not worth $70+ a night. "

"When I checked in they seemed friendly, the few requests I had, the manager was rude and seemed put out. They are very strict on towels and smiles. The staff and many residents are on continual smoke breaks. I checked out a day early due to how uncomfortable the bed was and Steve the smoker employee intentionally hid the luggage carts so I had to move everything to the car by hand. I will never stay there again and I suggest you don’t either!"

"I arrived just after 12 am, about 45 minutes after I made the reservation. They said I was marked as a no-show, and they couldn't check me in for 30 minutes. I demanded a refund, and left. "

"Didn't change bedding or towels. Someone left our room door open all day. When we for back the second night we stayed, the door next to our door was open, when it hadn't been open when we left. Kind of creepy. "

"No elevator, beds are old and horrible, place needs to be renovated badly, walls are thin. I was not aware of such a large deposit prior to my arrival which is absolutely outrageous, I paid damn near the entire amount of my stay for a deposit and it’s going to take 5 to 6 business days to get back? I will never stay at that hotel ever again. "

"Soon as we got to the room and used the bathroom, the toilet was clogged and nearly overflowed. Went down to the front desk and asked them to send maintenance up. They said they dont have anyone and gave us a plunger with the promise that we'd bring it right back. There's also no daily maid service. Which sucks if you eat in your room and have garbage or food scraps. Pool was closed but hot tub was nice. Room was good but too hot. 78 when we got there. Set ac to 65 and it took until the next...

"Staff is unprofessional and does not care to resolve a problem or support their guests. Have never thought of leaving an unfavorable review before. The management at this location needs to be retrained or replaced. Just awful . "

"I was comfortable here, staff was very kind to me, only problem is there was stuff left from housekeeping in room drawers and also bathtub was dirty but they are remodeling so no worries this time. I also haven't received my deposit which I hope it comes today?!?! there is no reason to not get it. also a microwave would have been handy there's only refrigerators in the room. "
