nice and neat good location

nice, clean place to stay, albeit a little worn out. Entry is near the corner of Starbucks. I may have missed the instructions and went around the market side, thanks to kakao maps. From Bujeon station take exit 1 (with a lift) as there is no pedestrian crossing from exit 2 or 4. Also note, reception is on an upper floor.

This hotel is located centrally just next to underground shopping mall, Bujeon train station, and underground metro stations. The entrance to the underground mall and underground metro is right in front of the hotel - about 10 steps at the most! There are several bus stops nearby so travel by buses is also easy. Breakfast is included with a wide range of items to eat from. Excellent value for the price - a strong recommend.

Exploring Busan

Great location next to many small places to eat at Bujeon Market. The Line 1 MRT stops at the hotel intersection. Very central location to see other sites via MRT in Busan.

Everything was nicer than I expected. The room was clean and cozy enough to spend 2 nights there. Accessibility to the subway station was nice. However, the internet speed was very underwhelming. It was too slow to watch a Youtube video. As a business hotel, the internet speed should be better than this.

The area was remotely located and very local. The walls were thin and you can hear noises from other rooms. I would recommend this hotel if it was just one night just to sleep at an economy ost.

The area of the hotel is excellent. The only compliant we have is that we were disappointed that we did not get any bottled water every day. There was a machine where you could get hot/cold water but when you tried the hot water button the water was cold. The shower curtain was very dirty.

This property is very accessible to public transit and overall good. My only complaint was the laundry services. There are machines on the 10th floor. I did laundry late at night and came down 5 minutes after the wash cycle to find someone had moved my laundry (even though I saw no one during my time doing laundry and returned quickly after my wash cycle). This is not the fault of the hotel, but frustrating nonetheless.

I had a standard double room on the 14th floor. The carpet in the room was of the old-fashioned, plush kind that is only hygienic if regularly deep-cleaned. This didn't seem to be the case here. The carpet was discoloured around the furniture, presumably with dirt. The bathroom also was dirty; when I scrubbed around the washbasin dirt came off. The room in general smelt rather bad, particularly the bathroom. The hotel is directly by the Bujeon Line 1 metro stop. There are also several bus lines passing nearby. Just a few steps up the road is a covered market with fantastic fresh food. A Starbucks is in the same buidling, as is a small convenience store. Busan Citizens Park is a short 15 minute walk away, although I liked the Children's Grand Park (30 minutes walk or 15 minutes on the bus) much better for a stroll and to hang out. Busan is really spread out and there is no one neighbourhood with all the main attractions or things to do. So plan at least 30 minutes to get to any place from here.
