Our time here was wonderful the staff are super kind and very helpful, the ubication is awesome because is really near to the bus stop and subway, even the busan station, the day we check out they keep our baggage until we finished to watch out some Places at the zone, the room was clean and have the necesary love it will come back❤️

Value for money

A good budget option. Very near Choryang metro and bus stops. Friendly staff. The food in Cafe Moon, adjoining the hotel, was not to my taste. Room very good for the price.

The vanity counter could be bigger.

Nice place and relatively new fitting out. Close to subway and yet with quiet surroundings. Also convenient to access local little restaurants.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They speak good enough english. The hotel is easy to find, close to subway in a quiet clean area. Enough coffee shops but a little less restaurants and shops since its in a residential area. The room is very clean and well decorated. Bathroom very functioning and clean. Beds are korean style comfort. I would stay here again!

Convenient location, clean room & helpful staff

The hotel is located around the exit 12 of Choryang metro station. The room is clean with good ventilation and hygiene. Simple breakfast is offered at the cozy hotel cafe every morning. Staff are very helpful and can communicate in English. They help me to bring the heavy luggage to across the steps in front of the entrance of the hotel.

Perfect Hotel

The design of the hotel is modern. The room is clean. The breakfast is nice (sandwich with coffee / orange juice). The rent is low. The manager can speak English and is very helpful. The only shortcoming is the location, you need to by bus if you want to go to Nampo dong, or walk for about. 15 minutes if you want to go to Busan Station.

The location was great and the staff were both helpful and very kind! Has everything we needed and really appreciated the kettle in the room. There’s also a convenience store and coffee place right outside! My two complaints are that the room was a little cramped and the bathroom door is way to transparent…like you can watch a person sitting on the toilet. Not great if you’re sharing a room with 4 people.

Lovely staff. Really friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned and replenished every day. They even provide toiletries i.e razors, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, hairspray and brushes. Kettle with coffee and tea. A few minute walk to Choryang station (Exit 12)

コンビニが近いのと、一階にコーヒーショップがあって良い匂いで朝起きれます。バス停と駅も近いのでとても便利がいいです。お掃除のおばさんもとても親切でした。ぜひまた行く時は利用したいです。

Opción perfecta para familias

Nos alojamos en una habitación familiar con dos dormitorios en el Hotel Gray, y la experiencia fue muy satisfactoria en general. La ubicación es excelente, con muy buena conexión al transporte público. Cada día nos repusieron toallas limpias y botellas de agua fresca en la nevera, un detalle muy práctico que agradecimos mucho con el calor del verano además del aire acondicionado (1 por habitación). Las camas eran cómodas y pudimos descansar bien tras nuestras jornadas de visitas. El baño incluía una bañera de hidromasaje, que aunque no funcionaba del todo bien (algunos chorros estaban rotos), seguía siendo un plus para relajarse al final del día.

1. 데스크 직원은 매우 친절했습니다. 2. 방 크기가 작다는 리뷰는 이미 알고 있었기 때문에 크게 개의치 않았음. 하지만 정말 방이 작아서 자취생의 원룸 같은 느낌이 들었음 3. 침구류는 얼핏 보면 깨끗해 보였지만, 이불에 핏자국이 있었음. 그 핏자국은 이불 가장자리로 벽 쪽에 매트리스 안쪽으로 말아 숨겨져 있었음. 색깔은 붉은색이었고, 그렇게 오래된 핏자국은 아니었으며, 세탁한 이불 같지도 않았음. 4. 침대가 딱딱하고 불편했음. 살면서 이렇게 골판지 같은 느낌의 침대는 처음이었음 5. 도착 후 씻고 잠을 자는데, 일행 모두 몸이 너무 간지럽고 긁으면서 잘 정도였습니다. 침구류가 깨끗하지 않은 것 같았음 6. 침대 옆 작은 책상에는 충전기인지 뭔지 모를 것이 있었고, 주위가 팥죽색 검붉은 색으로 눌러붙어 있었습니다. 잘못 보면 오래된 피 같기도 하고, 오래된 케첩이나 시럽 같기도 했습니다. 확실히 청소가 제대로 되지 않는다는 느낌을 받았음. 7. 전체 벽은 깔끔하게 회색으로 칠해져 있지만, 화장실 문을 열면 바로 앞에 벽돌 모양의 벽이 쌩뚱맞게 있습니다. 이 벽의 울퉁불퉁한 표면에는 이상한 구멍들이 있어 누군가 휴지를 말아 막아놓은 것 같이 보였습니다. 처음엔 누가 코 같은 것을 파고 휴지를 꽂아 놓았나 하는 생각이 들었음. 화장실 앞의 벽이 찜찜한 느낌을 주니, 샤워 후 샤워실 안에서 옷을 입고 나오는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다. 8. 전반적으로 모텔 같은 느낌이었습니다. 이러한 찜찜함을 감수할 분들은 괜찮겠지만, 그렇지 않은 분들은 다른 숙박업소를 찾아보는 것이 좋습니다. 처음 사진으로만 봤을 때는 부티크 호텔 같은 느낌이었지만, 전혀 그 정도는 아니었습니다. 호텔이라고 하기에는 아주 너~~무 많이많이 부족합니다.
