There is some visible wear-and-tear to the building. There is no lobby - so no restrooms available outside your guest room (there appear to be two on the ground floor but we were told that this did not belong to the hotel??), and no waiting area to gather in if you’re traveling in a group. All front desk reception is handled on the 15th floor, but the elevators are slow (there are only two and they are at opposite sides of the building). The location is convenient - you are steps away from the beach, and across the street is a convenience store. Tip: dining options are better if you walk a bit farther out

Loved the location very accessible to restaurants, subway, buses and a convenient store attached to the hotel. Loved it was very close to the beach and the view of the Gwangan Bridge which lights up at night. The room was a little dated but clean. The staff were very helpful. I would recommend if you want to be in the heart of it all.

Beautiful hotel great location, front desk staff was helpful although not everyone spoke english they were quick on their feet and able to assist. Hotel buffet is a must try, beautiful view and the food was organized and delicious.

Our room had a partial view of the ocean but it was a great view nonetheless. The beach is just right across the street. We had an amazing stay. Everything was great - room, staff, and location. Would book this property again for our next visit to Gwangalli.

Great location, rooms were as advertised and clean, bathroom showing their age slightly but overall the hotel is pretty good. Dining at the hotel expensive but plenty of dining options nearby so no real issue (the few times we went to the rooftop the restaurant was very empty, could be so much more with those amazing views!), great opportunity….
