Shilla Stay Busan Haeundae
My reservation through expedia includes free breakfast. But they refused to give me because they don't have it in their system. I even showed the confirmation email, but they said I have to contact expedia. Not a good customer service.

Lavide Atlan Hotel 2
Location is great right on the main street in Haeundae. AC didn't work so we kept the lanai door open at night to cool the room, and the street noise occasionally woke us up.

Toyoko Inn Busan Station No.1
They need to remove the automatic door closer on room doors. Every time a neighboring room enters or exits the entire room and walls shake with a loud thud when their door slams shut.
