"Upon entering the hotel it was noticed how clean the lobby was. There was construction to improve one of the elevators but it did not cause any disruptions. The breakfast is your standard eggs, potato's, sausage, coffee etc, noting special but it was good. The room was very nice. the bed was comfortable and the pillows are GREAT! If you don't have good pillow at home. You should buy ING brand, they are GREAT pillows. The staff was friendly, they directed us to eating nearby about 3 block...

"Very convenient that food and roads, as well as train. Hotel is nice, beds are ok, tv has Netflix, we stayed here a week and it was convenient to everything we did, was easy to get uber, there’s a Starbucks attached to the hotel, great for a commuter or visiting your kid at college. Will probably stay here again 👍"

"Check in was easy, the staff was friendly and professional. The rest needs improvement! Room carpet was stained. The room smelled of smoke. The towel was stained. Some electrical outlets didn’t work. I waited 20 minutes for the shared bathroom. 6 or more rooms to one bathroom. Paint was peeling, tiles were cracked. For the price, I would expect better, considering that I had to share a bathroom. "

"I was delighted that the property is uniquely Bostonian, tastefully decorated. The room is very clean, comfortable bed. It was very safe and pleasant to walk to parks, museums, market. Breakfast was excellent. Overall the house is very efficiently run. However, the bath towels could be better, they are old, stiff and yellow-colored. Considering the low cost of new a towel, I would throw them all away, replace with good quality WHITE towels. "
