"Cheapest room in Rockhampton but old and not a lot of parking"

"The 3 lady at reception were so friendly. I only got Riley name. She put me in a better room, with minimal road noise. The other two great, advised me where to eat, and organised a taxi today for airport. The grounds are kept well and rooms very clean. Plenty of choices very close for food. And Rockhampton Leagues club across the road. I will be back. Thanks for a great stay"

"Didn't have a blanket on single bed. Just sheet and it is winter. No spare blankets provided. There was wood falling apart on wall. Very old amenities. Beds horrendously uncomfortable. Minimal milk supplied for 3 people. Only 3 tiny 2oml containers. Lampshade no shade. Lighting very harsh. Noise of trucks all night long. Won't stay here again."

"This is a heritage property with vey large high ceiling rooms. We had a king size 4 poster bed and spar in our room. We enjoyed having the extra space. The staff were friendly."
