"The rooms are nice and turned daily. The staff were helpful and attentive. They offer daily breakfast which was good. Located right next to the bus stops if no rental car, without many uphill walks from the train station or from the First gondola. There’s parking available if you have a rental vehicle. When we come back to Switzerland a 5th time, this is where we will stay again."

However, I felt very uncomfortable with a few staff members who seemed annoyed, spoke rudely, or behaved in a dismissive way. This is not a criticism of all the staff. "Excellent location. Good breakfast, although repetitive after several days. Parking inconvenient, but usable. My biggest problem was that my laptop simply disappeared from the room on my departure day. When I emailed the hotel, I received no response, and when they didn't reply, I called and they simply said they didn't have it. Poor service in that regard. I couldn't return there."

"This was a FANTASTIC stay in Grindelwald, the location was perfect, the room was clean and spacious, great restaurants and bars around with good access to public transport. Parking and breakfast was a great added bonus! We paid extra for a Mountain View and it was well worth it. The staff were so so helpful, they gave us recommendations, were accommodating and friendly during breakfast, check-in and checkout. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone travelling to Grindelwald. "
