"This property is in the best location. Walking access to everything. The rooms were clean the AC worked and the staff was extremely helpful. Lorenzo and Martina made the stay exeptional. With their help we easily accessed restaurants and bars. The only draw back is it's in a limited driving zone and the hotel has no on site parking so we had to park about a 10-15 minute walk away to the parking citadel which was tough with the amount of luggage we had. With that said, it was worth the hassle....

"Rooms clean and beautifully decorated with large bathroom and powerful shower . We barely saw any staff during our stay as communication mostly by WhatsApp and phone . One office where staff seem to be based and we didn’t see anyone in evenings . No breakfast available at all . Excellent housekeeping service for room. Location great but the experience felt quite impersonal overall . I had mentioned my husband’s birthday on check in form but there was no acknowledgement or gesture regarding this ...

"Excelente ubicacion en el centro de la ciudad, infinidad de restaurantes y tiendas a la redonda. Instalaciones impecables, modernas, limpieza diaria, cafetera, te, frigobar con agua mineral y simple de cortesía. Vajilla a disposición, microondas. Baño con amenidades, secadora, etc. 100% recomendable!!"

"free welcome drink (excellent and was well needed) the rooms were great, the breakfast was perfect. every day the staff helped order us a taxi and the staff on our final night helped us with some late night tiramisu. really good stay, thanks guys"
