The hotel’s location is unbeatable — just steps away from the train station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city right after arrival. What truly made our stay exceptional was the friendly and helpful staff, especially Max at the front desk. After an 8-hour sleepless flight from Chicago, Max went above and beyond to expedite our early check-in, which was a huge help and very much appreciated.
