"Had a toilet that didn’t flush every time, had to remove tank lid and jiggle the float system to get water refilled. Also the pillows were not very good, and the shower water pressure was consistently low. Everything else was great!"

"Had a 2 night stay booked but only stayed one. The pool was by appointment only due to a dance competition at the hotel. We, myself and 2 kids, were notified on check in and subsequently told that it was all booked until Sunday afternoon. This was part of the reason for us staying here and normally would just adjust but when I asked a couple questions the person I was dealing with was rude and dismissive. I asked to be refunded for the second night and we would check out. Crickets. No response...
