"If you book this hotel and you use Google maps to find it, then put in Gandullas only as this is the village the hotel is in. Maps took me to 3 different places before some locals at my third stop gave me the correct address. They said I was in Pinuecar and not Gandullas. Very hard to find. But then I was able to access the property but there is nothing in the village by way of bars or restaurants. I had to go onto the next town to find something to eat. "I was a little disappointed overall, although the view was amazing. I expected a little more from the Eurostar name. We were given a multi-room suite, which I did not book. There were only two of us, so it felt a little odd we had a separate virtually empty sitting room with not much more than a pull-out couch. Just feels like it’s ready for an update throughout. The atrium inside was dark and empty. One highlight was definitely the cheerful breakfast room and impressive self-serve spread. Oh and I almost forgot, upon arriving to the room the shower head immediately snapped off, reinforcing the idea everything needs an update. They did immediately address the problem and it was fixed in about an hour. Staff was friendly and helpful!"
