"Hallway and room were very musty. A/C in room was filthy, smelt horrible, and could not be used. The bed sloped off to one side and should be replaced. Considered leaving in the middle of the night to find comfortable accommodations."

"Plan your meals. There were two weddings going on and they shut down the pool restaurant and beach restaurant to accommodate the weddings. Everything was shut down at 4 pm and the day was just beautiful. We were hoping for a more reasonable time and access to prime restaurants"

The water temperature was completely unpredictable — it would randomly switch from comfortable to dangerously hot or freezing cold in seconds. Taking a shower felt like playing roulette. I honestly took the fastest shower of my life because I couldn’t wait to get out. This really needs to be fixed."

"We were surprised that we could not eat at the hotel in the evening due to all 3 restaurants being fully booked over the weekend. We said we were happy to eat at any time as we were staying with them but they had no space. We found it odd that such an expensive resort could not cater for their guests.
