Avoid staying near room 117. Someone is always smoking under windows and you can not open your winodows. As there is no air conditioning in the room in can get very hot. Asked in reception several time no reaction.

Das Hotel ist sehr nah an der Altstadt gelegen. Fussläufig 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Allerdings gibt es keine Klimaanlage und bei Hochsommerwetter ist es fast nicht auszuhalten, vor allem bei Zimmern zur Strasse - gut befahren fast die ganze Nacht. Man hat also die Wahl zwischen unerträglicher Wärme oder Straßenlärm. Ein weiterer Kritik-Punkt ist der Service zum Frühstück. Coronabedingt wird die Bestellung des Frühstücks bis 20.00h am Vorabend auf einem Hotelvordruck abgegeben. Leider wurden Extrawünsche, welche man ebenfalls angeben kann, nicht berücksichtigt. In unserem Fall der Wunsch nach Nutella, zumal die einzige wählbare Alternative (Walnusscreme) nicht mehr verfügbar war. Eigentlich kein unerfüllbarer Wunsch, aber ...

Tutto ok però avevo prenotato alla reception un tavolo presso il ristorante per le 19, quando sono arrivato mi hanno detto che hanno due turni, uno alle 18.30 e uno alle 20. Quindi ho dovuto mangiare al bar.
